PODCAST PRODUCTION
We produce podcasts from concept to launch. Whether you're starting your first show, salvaging a half-finished season, or scaling a podcast that's outgrown your home recording setup, we handle the technical work so you can focus on the conversation.
Sound quality matters more than most podcasters realize. Audio quality affects listener retention more than the topic of the show itself — and most podcasts fade after just 10 episodes. Usually because the production work overwhelms the creator before the audience has a chance to grow.
That's the part we take off your plate.
A few of the ways we work:
Full-service production — You record; we do everything else. Editing, mixing, mastering, intro and outro music, transitions, level-balancing, noise reduction, episode tagging, show notes, and uploads to your hosting platform. You hand us the raw audio; we hand you a published episode.
Editing only — You handle recording and uploads; we remove the “ums,” awkward pauses, dead air, repeated words, and tangential rambling while keeping your voice and tightening the listening experience. This is best for podcasters who already have a workflow but want their episodes to sound sharper.
Launch packages — Starting a new podcast from scratch. We provide concept development, equipment recommendations, intro/outro music selection or composition, cover art, hosting platform setup, RSS feed submission to Apple Podcasts and Spotify, plus the first 3-5 episodes produced and uploaded. By the end, you have a working show with a workflow you can sustain.
Show repair and rescue — You started a podcast, recorded several episodes, and now have a backlog of files you can't bring yourself to edit. Or maybe your sound quality has declined and you need someone to take a hard look at why. We diagnose the problem, fix the existing episodes, and set up a sustainable workflow for you going forward.
Hybrid arrangements — Some clients need full production for the first season, then a handoff to a production team they hire later. Some need help only during their busiest months. And some need us to ghost-produce an episode while they're traveling. We’re happy to help you figure it out.
What's included in every project
Real audio engineers, not auto-edit software. Every episode is touched by a person who actually listens to it.
Voice and pacing preserved. Our job is to make you sound like you on your best day. We remove technical distractions, not personality.
Consistent delivery. Podcasts that publish on consistent weekly schedules grow audiences 320% faster than sporadic ones. We build production timelines that match your actual capacity so you can stay consistent without burning out.
